Of course this is important, but many teachers and their mentors, leaders and coaches are telling us they just don’t have the resources or time. At best the professional learner has to find several hours per week of their own time – then try to remember and internalise mountains of information and ideas – then try to use it all when they get back into the classroom or workplace.
We believe we have a solution (not ‘the’ solution’ I might add – just something quick and easy to access that will help).
